Every landlord gets their own portal: live occupancy, booking periods with revenue share, yearly performance — without guest personal data, without e-mailing the agency.
Truly multi-tenant
Each agency is an isolated tenant with its own units, users, branding — and its own legal identity: imprint, terms and policies are edited per agency and published on its own public website.
Double bookings are impossible
Availability is guarded at database level: one row per occupied night with a primary key on (unit, night). Two parallel bookings for the same night? One wins, one gets a clean conflict — always.
