Landlord portal

Landlords sign in with their own account, set up by the agency, and get a purpose-built cut of the system.

AreaContent
DashboardTheir unit count, 30-day occupancy, today’s arrivals/departures — for their units only
My UnitsThe same rich unit pages the agency sees: gallery, facts, pricing, ownership share & commission — read-only
CalendarThe live timeline of their units. Every stay shows period, source colour and booking value
BlockingOwners block periods on their own units directly — as Own stay or Block (not rentable) — and can remove their own future blocks. The overlap guard protects existing guest bookings; the agency sees every owner block live
Revenue by payment stateThree totals + a stacked monthly chart: Booked (reservation exists, no money flowed — gold), Received (guest money at the agency — blue), Paid out (transferred to the landlord — emerald). Partial payments split correctly across the states
CancellationsEvery cancellation on their units, with period, source, category (e.g. no payment received — reservation released), the agency’s reason and the lost revenue share — the audit answer to “why is my anticipated revenue gone?”, always without guest personal data
  • Guest personal data — names are replaced by “Guest”; contact data, notes and channel references are stripped server-side (not just hidden in the UI).
  • Other owners’ units, agency-wide statistics, or any editing functions.

This is deliberate: it satisfies data-protection law (UAE PDPL / GDPR), protects the agency’s guest relationships, and still gives owners full financial transparency.

  • Monthly statements as PDF (revenue share − commission − chargeable costs) with approval workflow
  • Yearly performance dashboards (occupancy, ADR, vs. last year)
  • Optional approval workflow for owner blocks (tenant setting)
  • Document vault (contracts, permits, insurance)
