Legal editor
Every agency on MyRentalCalendar is its own legal entity — a different company, licence, VAT registration and legal text. The Legal & Company section (admin role) manages this identity per tenant.
Company profile
Section titled “Company profile”Legal name, registered address, trade licence, ORN (RERA broker number), TRN (VAT), phone, e-mail, website. Saving updates the public website immediately: the footer contact block and the imprint pull from this profile.
Social media
Section titled “Social media”Links for Facebook (Meta), Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Every channel with a link appears as an icon in the website footer’s bottom line; empty fields stay hidden. Bare handles like instagram.com/myagency are normalized to https:// links on save.
Website legal pages
Section titled “Website legal pages”Five pages ship with sensible English templates (marked “review by legal counsel required”):
- Terms & Conditions — booking, payment, deposit, house rules, liability, governing law
- Privacy Policy — PDPL/GDPR-oriented
- Imprint — auto-fed by the company profile
- Disclaimer — content accuracy, photos, rates, third-party links
- Cancellation Policy — refund table
Each page is edited in Markdown with a one-click preview that renders exactly like the public site. Save & publish puts the page live at https://<your-domain>/legal/<page> instantly — in the prototype: http://localhost:3010/legal/terms etc.
Where it appears on the website
Section titled “Where it appears on the website”- Footer → all published legal pages are linked automatically.
- Booking request form → links Terms and Privacy Policy next to the submit button.
- Imprint → company profile fields rendered in place.
