Milestones
Section titled “Milestones”- M1 — Internal MVP (~month 3): agency works fully in the calendar, parallel to the old tools.
- M2 — BMyGuest live (~month 5): new website replaces bmyguest.ae; housekeeping runs in the system.
- M3 — SaaS-ready (~month 7–8): second paying agency onboards self-service.
