Public website

Each tenant gets a white-label public website (prototype: http://localhost:3010) rendered server-side with Nuxt — the decisive difference to the old client-rendered site: every listing is fully readable by search engines.

  • Home — hero with date/guest search, featured stays, the two brand categories (Lifestyle Homes, Luxury Homes), trust USPs.
  • Stays (/stays) — the full portfolio with filters: check-in/check-out (live availability!), guests, bedrooms, style. A list/map toggle switches to a city map with price pins — every pin opens a mini card (photo, key facts, price) linking to the listing; filters apply to the map too.
  • Listing page (/stays/<slug>) — gallery, key facts, description, neighbourhood with a location map (“Where you’ll stay”), amenities under “What this place offers” (with icons; amenities marked explicitly not included appear struck through), 3-month availability calendar, house rules, DET permit number, and the sticky quote box.
  • For Landlords — owner acquisition page with portal teaser.
  • Legal pages (/legal/<page>) — served from the legal editor.

Selecting dates calls the same pricing engine the backoffice uses and itemises:

7 nights AED 5,390
Weekly discount (−5%) −AED 270
Cleaning fee AED 350
Tourism Dirham (2 BR × 7) AED 140
VAT (5%) AED 274
─────────────────────────────────────
Total AED 5,884

Unavailable dates disable the button with a clear message. Booked nights are also struck through in the availability calendar.

The guest form (name, e-mail, phone, message) creates a booking request in the agency’s inbox — including the frozen quote. Units flagged ⚡ Instant signal immediate confirmation; the agency converts requests with one click either way. The form links the tenant’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

  • Full server-side rendering (content visible without JavaScript)
  • Per-page titles & meta descriptions, Open Graph tags with listing photo
  • Accommodation JSON-LD structured data on listing pages
  • Semantic HTML, fast first paint, self-hosted-friendly fonts

Planned: per-tenant sitemap.xml, hreflang for EN/DE/RU/AR (incl. RTL), canonical rules for filter URLs, image CDN variants.
